We know very little about Patrick. He was born in Maryborough, Queens County, his father’s name was Richard, and he had at least two siblings, Mary and Eleanor. He enlisted in Naas and resided in Dublin.  

He first entered a Theatre of War (2b, Balkans) on 4 September, 1915, and died of wounds on 13 December 1915, apparently in the Strumnitza area (Bulgaria).

Patrick has no none grave and is remembered on the Doiran Memorial. He was entitled to the 1915 Star and British War & Victory medals.
